Nick Jorgensen
Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for the overall finance function of Tramco and its portfolios, Nick uses strategic oversight to further support the day-to-day activities of the Tramco portfolios. Nick applies his extensive financial and commercial experience acquired at PwC and most recently a large NZ-listed property company.

Drugh Woods
General Manager of Property
Drugh brings over 20 years property experience to Tramco across asset management, capital transactions, and property development. Starting in 2023, Drugh is responsible for the management of Tramco’s property portfolios and draws on his extensive property experience to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives for the business.

Senior Manager, Marketing & Brand
Celeste joined Tramco in 2024 bringing over 20 years of marketing experience. Coming from a global marketing background, specialising in destination and major events including FIFA, Tourism NZ and leading VF-Corp brand Icebreaker's regional marketing across Australia and NZ. A skilled marketing leader, Celeste brings a wealth of experience in strategic and executional marketing management with a proven track record in developing and driving award-winning brand activations and campaigns.

Viaduct Harbour Marina Manager
Sarah’s wealth of on-water experience is critical to her role in Viaduct Harbour’s marina management. Bringing valuable knowledge from more than 15 years working in local and international marina environments, Sarah's resumé features time spent teaching boat operations via her own tuition business plus the impressive pedigree of representing NZ and UK in Thundercat racing.

Lewis Park
Property Manager
Lewis joined Tramco in 2024 and works closely with the property team to manage Tramco's key portfolios. Lewis graduated with a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and brings valuable experience from his previous role in property management for an ASX-listed, Australasian landlord. His creative approach allows Lewis to support the success of Tramco’s portfolio initiatives.

Chartered accountant Laura joins Tramco from a previous finance role in the property industry. With a natural affinity for optimising systems and solutions, Laura has proven a valuable addition to the Tramco finance team.

Kayla Moore
Property Accountant
Kayla joined Tramco in 2023 bringing over 3 years’ experience in payroll and finance, and prior to that a background in travel and tourism. With a focus on efficiency and attention to detail, Kayla is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance tasks across Tramco’s property portfolios including quarterly reports, monthly cash flows and financial statements.

Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Drawing on a variety executive assistant roles and a busy home life with two daughters, Erin applies adaptability and a practical sense of intuition to provide support to CEO Kym Bunting and ensure the Tramco office runs smoothly.
